Welcome! A little about me
Welcome to my blog! I've been thinking of creating this blog for a really long time now (honestly over a year) but I just never got around to doing so. I am such a procrastinator (but I am working on it!). I wanted to create this blog to share with you all everything that I love, and everything that's on my mind. I am very passionate about health and fitness, which is going to cover the majority of my blog posts. I wanted to share my experiences and passions and I created this blog to be of assistance to people who may have questions about getting started with how to eat healthy or live a healthier lifestyle.
I am currently a college student in my senior year (finally). I am working on my bachelors degree in Exercise Science at the moment, and I am so excited to graduate in May. But I would really love to work in nutrition. I love exercising and being active, but I am more interested in the nutrition field. The way we fuel our bodies and the way we function all has to do with food! Our entire existence revolves around food. I have learned so much and hope to pass on some useful information to you and hopefully inspire you to make some positive changes as I have over the past few years.
As well as health and fitness, I have a lot of other hobbies such as travel and beauty, so you may find me posting other non-fitness related posts as well. I'm excited to share it all with you!
